**There is good news and bad news.**

Let's get the bad news out of the way. The holiday season will pass without bags of Joy's Biscotti. A few key components needed to create biscotti are not in place, namely a kitchen and ovens! You may recall last year the ovens failed right before the holidays, and the ultimate solution resulted in a remodel.

Maybe you remember the children's story "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie"? One thing leads to another. Well, a new version has been written, "If You Give a Mouse a Biscotti."

The good news is a new kitchen, with new ovens, will be ready to heat up in 2023! A sweet reward for a lot of disruption!

After 17 years of making her scrumptious almond biscotti as gifts for family and friends, in 2012 Joy Lee responded to popular demand and set up a cottage bakery in her Houston home.

Joy now bakes year-round. Each batch is made to order. The biscotti are full of roasted and chopped almonds, mixed with just the right ingredients making for a lovely texture. Biscotti pairs perfectly with coffee, tea, milk, wine, cocoa or eat them on their own!
